Actor Roy Scheider has sold his Long Island beach home in the Hamptons for about $19 million (+/- a few hundred thousand). Uhhhh…aren’t the Hamptons near Amity? Isn’t that where 25 foot GREAT WHITE SHARKS EAT PEOPLE!!!! Chief Brody, what were you thinking? Yes, sell the house to Billy Joel and run as fast as you can! Get away from those large GWS’s! Why even buy there in the first place? You have already killed two of these monsters. How many more do want on your wall? Is the wall even big enough? Yes, sell! Take a loss, just get away as fast as you can!
