Yes, I did vote to abolish the Constitutional Amendment for the office of Hide and Tan Inspector. (Or something like that) Yes, I did vote late in the day. The early part of the day was spent south of Dallas at a steel mill and a steel fabrication plant. It was a pretty cool field trip. The steel mill uses a giant arc welder to melt scrap steel. Over 90% of their scrap is old cars. Controlled, indoor lighting is a pretty cool thing. I also had the treat to see them drop 150 tons of raw scrap into the furnace. Hollywood has nothing on those special effects. Very pretty indoor explosion too. I may update more later, but that is all for now.
