Way too many posts…..

Okay, life is just too crazy. I still have a post to write about something in January. All I can say is that at least it is in ’08. I am not even sure I know where this post will lead me. Maybe the blog should be Random Thoughts…

A while back we had dinner at Taco Bell. I met Debbi at a friend’s house so she could pass the kids off to me so she could go do her thing. Yeah, life is busy when you have to plan when to swap out the kids. And we are not even divorced and we plan this stuff. We order two kids quesadilla meals, and order off the value menu for the two of us. So that two kid’s meals, a soft taco, party burrito, and two more quesadillas for us. That is not what we got. I now know how Jesus fed the 5000. He went to Taco Bell.

I pick up our order and the entire trey is filled with tacos. The rest of the order was placed on top of the tacos. We got some twelve hard shelled tacos, the two kids meals, our quesadillas, and the party burrito. My soft taco was missing, but they made up for that one. I did not even try to straighten it out. They would have just thrown the food away anyway. While we are eating I hear person after person come in and say, “We just went thru the drive thru and we are missing a taco.” or, “…. we are missing three tacos.” or, “… you missed my four tacos.” I just sat there and tried not too laugh. What could do, offer them there actual tacos?

We also celebrated Mother’s Day since I last posted.  I think Debbi enjoyed it.  She got a couple new CDs, movies, a book, and a new mp3 player.  This has facilitated me copying all our music onto the home server so she can use her new toy.  That has been accomplished, but her player has not played yet.  In related news I have also ordered new memory for her laptop.  That should arrive early next week.  She has been complaining of speed issues.  I looked at how much RAM she has and figured it out pretty fast.
