Houston, we have Aggie football! There is a countdown clock, on aggieathletics.com, that is counting down to tomorrow night’s game against The Citadel. I do not know the last time we played them. The Citadel and A&M are two of the three schools that still have a seven day corps. (Besides the military acadamies) VMI is the other. The game will be on 1190AM, for those in the Dallas area. It is September, and time for football, but it did creep up on me.
I am not a big Coach Fran fan, so we’ll see how the season goes. If he does not do well this year, I would not be surprised if it is his last. We will certainly know in about four months or so.
Tomorrow we get to break in the new grill as well. The Stueve’s will be over, so I guess I will introduce them to Aggie football as well.
